JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2018 It is agreed between the parties that the present petition can be disposed of with a direction to the disciplinary authority to pass the final order in the on going departmental proceeding within a period of two months from today.

Accordingly, it is directed that the disciplinary authority may pass a final order in the on going departmental proceeding within a period of two months from today, failing which the suspension of the petitioner shall stand revoked automatically. In the meantime, it is directed that if any outstanding subsistence allowance is due for payment, the same be paid. The writ petition is disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
