One country-made pistol as well as one empty cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 29.11.2015. So far as seizure of the motorcycle is concerned, the petitioner claims himself to be the owner of the aforesaid motorcycle.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
