The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No. 95 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the statement made by the prosecutrix girl, who states that she was abducted by the petitioner and has committed wrongful act forcefully, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.
