The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant made allegation that Negar Ram and Ajay Garai the petitioner demanded Rs. 5000/- from the son of the informant for wine but the son of the informant refused on such the petitioner is alleged to have caught the son of the informant and Negar Ram fired which hit on the neck of the son of the informant. Allegation against the petitioner is that he caught hold the son of the informant and firing was made by Negar Ram. Petitioner is in jail since 21.09.2014 Considering the fact that petitioner did not fire

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4189 of 2015 (2) dt.30-01-2015 2/2 and for that he has remained in jail for last two months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M.
