The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 379, 323, 341, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged against the petitioner that he along with other accused persons have committed forgery and cheated the informant and dishonestly withdrew the money from the account of the informant by making

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner and the complainant had business transaction since 2015 and many a times the complainant had paid due amount to the petitioner either by cash or through cheque. Moreover, for a civil nature of dispute, the petitioner has been roped in a criminal proceeding. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna in connection with Chowk
