Petitioner retired from the post of District Panchayat Raj Officer, Banka on 30.04.2013. He claims payment of his retiral dues including pension, gratuity, earned leave, group insurance, GPF, commutation of pension, first, second and third ACP along with statutory interest as well as the salary for unincharge period. The petitioner has already filed a representation dated 30.12.2018 before the Principal Secretary, General Administration, Govt. of Bihar, Patna which is contained in

Patna High Court CWJC No.1515 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 Annexure-5 series but up-till now nothing has been paid to the petitioner.

Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, the respondent no.2, the Principal Secretary, Department of General Administration, Govt. of Bihar, Patna is directed to dispose of the representation dated 30.12.2018 within a period of three months.

Any amount due to the petitioner would be paid within one month thereafter. If certain amounts are in admissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order sent through registered post. (Nilu Agrawal, J) B.Kr./- U
