The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chowk P.S. Case No. 291 of 2019 Corresponding Special Case No. 7632 of 2019 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

That prosecution case is that from the front of the petitioner's house, 58.7 liters of country made liquor and 65 litres of foreign liquor was recovered from behind the house of co-accused Vickey Yadav.

In view of the fact that there is a recovery of 58.7 liters of country-made liquor from the house of petitioner, I am not
