The petitioner seeks bail in Bithan P.S. Case No. 49 of 2014 registered under section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioner along with three other accused persons and alleged that they kidnapped Baby Kumari and Puja.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the father of Dharmendra Mukhiya. Baby Kumar the victim made her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. and she named only Dharmendra Mukhiya and alleged that Dharmendra Mukhiya forcibly married with her. Puja was married to Deepak.
