Petitioner happens to be younger brother-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 14.9.2015 in a case registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The marriage of deceased has taken place 10 years ago with brother of the petitioner and omnibus allegation of torturing has been levelled against the petitioner and other family members. Moreover, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased and the investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.
