Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.07.2014 and no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioner rather general and omnibus allegation of assault has been levelled against the petitioner.

No doubt, three persons sustained injuries but from perusal of the impugned order of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, it appears that doctor did not give any opinion regarding nature of injury.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3644 of 2015 (2) dt.28-01-2015 as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in Phulparas P.S. Case no. 151/2014.
