The petitioner being the father of the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 05.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after 12 years of the marriage. It is alleged by the informant that the victim's daughter conveyed that after the death of her mother the accused persons including the petitioner disposed of the dead body.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is not specific against the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3577 of 2015 (02) dt.28-01-2015 2/2 nor the daughter of the victim alleged anything specific against this petitioner and the husband of the victim is in custody. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Kartahan P.S. Case No. 69 of 2014.
