The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 471 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.10.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

Case No. 471 of 2019.
