2. This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Lalganj P.S. Case No. 182 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 380, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of firing at the husband of the informant. The occurrence has taken place because of land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3795 of 2025(2) dt.05-02-2025 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 182 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
