Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 51 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 363, 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that on perusal of first information report, it is apparent that F.I.R. is lodged after lapse of two weeks of the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.4145 of 2020(2) dt.03-09-2020 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of three weeks from the date of order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 51 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
