JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the first information report that this petitioner and two others assaulted Devendra Ojha and Vivek Ojha with butt of rifle and so far as, deceased is concened, he was assaulted by Jai Kishore Pandey, Mirtuza Ansari and Firoz Ansari. The alleged occurrence appears to have taken place on account of land dispute.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Chapra in connection with Masrakh
