In view of the pleadings and materials on record, the Court finds that the order dated 19.08.2017 passed in CWJC No. 5233 of 2016 has been complied with by the District Education Officer, Patna by passing the order contained in Memo No. 3012 dated 18.04.2019, copy of which has been made Annexure A to the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no. 1.
