The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Yogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No. 220 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 448, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties and both the parties sustained injuries. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents.
