JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-10-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal against the order dated 28.08.2018 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Araria under Section 32 of the Bihar Targeted P.D.S. Control Order, 2016. In view of the limited submission of the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal within a period of four weeks from today and in case such an appeal is filed within the aforesaid period, the appellate authority shall consider the case of the petitioner and shall dispose of the appeal in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks thereafter.
