Mr. APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-09-2021 Heard the parties in virtual Court proceeding. The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Two persons were allegedly committing robbery. One was apprehended by the people and was bitterly assaulted. In his disclosure statement name of the petitioner surfaced as the person who had fled away from there. The petitioner has got a long list of criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2020 after remand from some other case. Considering the nature of material and criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail for the present in connection with Trial No.2051 of 2020,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14375 of 2021(3) dt.14-09-2021 2/2 arising out of Manjhagarh P.S. Case No.233 of 2019. Hence, prayer for bail is refused. Petitioner may renew the prayer for bail before the Court-below itself if the trial is not concluded within nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
