JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-489A, 489B, 489C of the Indian Penal Code. Ten lacs counterfeit notes are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner appears to be a carrier and she does not have criminal antecedent. Taking note of aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, her prayer for bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 442 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran stands rejected.
