This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code with regard to recovery of theft motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 03.11.2015 i.e. more than three months having no criminal antecedent.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara in connection with Koilwar P.S.
