The present writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of writ, order and direction to respondent authorities for quashing the order dated 03.01.2019 passed by the District Education Officer, Begusarai whereby and where under the promotion granted in the pay scale of trained graduate has been cancelled and the petitioner has been reverted on the post of Assistant teacher in the pay scale of matric trained pay scale and further for direction that no recovery shall be made from the petitioner as stated for recovery

Patna High Court CWJC No.2359 of 2020 dt.07-05-2024 2/2 in the said order and for issuing other writ or writs, order or directions and reliefs which the petitioner is entitled. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that petitioner got promotion in the pay scale of trained graduate teacher and he is also receiving the salary for the same. 4.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the concerned authorities, if his grievance has not been fulfilled.
