2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 77/2024, registered for offence under Sections 341, 447, 323, 324, 307, 379 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against petitioner is that he stabbed two sons and a daughter of the informant, as a result of which, they sustained injuries. One of the injury has been found to be grievous in nature.

4. Considering the nature of injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
