The petitioner seeks bail in Bihta P.S. Case No. 603/2014 under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was arrested in Bihta PS. Case No. 340/2014 under Sections 394, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is alleged to have confessed his guilt and also disclosed that arms and ammunitions were kept on the ventilator. Pursuant thereto, from the house of the petitioner, one loaded country-made pistol with two live cartridges were recovered. It appears that the petitioner is in jail since 20.08.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about eight months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4339 of 2015 (5) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Danapur, Patna in Bihta P.S. Case No. 603/2014.
