In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Kumarkhand (Belari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 75 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 380, 323, 452, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the first information report, it has been alleged that the petitioner along with 6-7 accused persons came at the door of the informant, told his mother that her son is earning a lot, snatched the key and entered into the house as well as three persons caught the victim and took away him forcibly. Allegation has been made that on raising alarm, the villager tried to follow

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7482 of 2016 (4) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 them whereupon Shiv Narain Yadav took out his country made pistol and fired which caused injury in the palm of the victim. The counsel for the petitioner submits that no specific allegation has been made against the petitioner. The specific allegation has been made against Shiv Narain Yadav for causing fire arms injury to the victim.

In such view of the matter, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand (Belari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 75 of 2015.
