The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 348 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in snatching bag of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like
