Taking into consideration that charge sheet was submitted against the petitioner showing him absconder but petitioner could be remanded in the present case on 10.09.2015, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail , hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Palasi P.S.Case No. 66 of 2000, S.G.R. No.745 of 2000, pending in the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria stands rejected.
