2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 393, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and other criminals fired at the victim for looting his motorcycle. The shot hit the shoulder of the informant. Petitioner has criminal antecedent also. Petitioner is in jail since 04.09.2023.

4. Considering the nature and gravity of offence, I
