JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 05-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that one stolen Tata Sumo vehicle was recovered from his possession and he could not produce any paper regarding title of the vehicle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. From the seizure list it appears that vehicle was recovered from the road, not from the possession of the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent.

The petitioner has been in custody since 11.09.2014. Considering the facts and circumstances, the above named petitioner, Ranu Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4834 of 2015 (2) dt.05-02-2015 2/2 Ahiyapur P.S.Case No. 496/2014 with following conditions :- I) One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

II) The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

III) The petitioner will be well represented in the Court.

IV) In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
