The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 406 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3512 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 406 of 2019 arising out of Spl. Case No. 8688 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
