JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in Para-1 of the petition.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 49 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is husband of the deceased and the marriage was solemnized in 2018. Thereafter for demand of dowry this occurrence took place.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14275 of 2021(2) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 connection with Barhara P.S.Case No. 49 of 2020, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea stands rejected.
