In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No.300 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that while the petitioner was catching hold the deceased, co-accused Rohit Kumar pierced the screw driver in his neck, as a result of which, the deceased fell down and died.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
