JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Berari (Semapur) P.S. Case No. 05 of 2018, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 325, 504, 307, 506, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 27 of Arms Act was added.

As per FIR petitioner along with one co-accused has assaulted the informant by means of shot fire. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegations are general and omnibus. The petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2019 and charge sheet has already been submitted, as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

No.5674 of 2020(3) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-5, Katihar, in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S. Case No.05 of 2018.
