Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to Annexure-12 submits that the State Government has taken a policy decision to regularize the service of the contractual and ad hoc employees and for that purpose constituted a committee under the Chairmanship of Sri Ashok Kumar Choudhary (retired) Chief Secretary, State of Bihar.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5763 of 2017(3) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 Without expressing any opinion on the claim of the petitioner for entitlement of the consideration under the scheme vide notification dated 12.5.2015, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the department of Science and Technology, Government of Bihar, for consideration of the case of the petitioner in terms of notification dated 12.5.2015 for regularization of the lecturer in the department of Science and Technology. The department may consider the case of petitioner objectively and decide the representation.
