JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 25-10-2018 From perusal of the order dated 22.06.2015, it appears that on account of death of counsel for the appellants, notices under both processes were issued to the appellants and notices through ordinary process were served upon appellant nos. 1(b) to 1(i) and 2 to 17. Appellant no.3 has died during the pendency of the appeal. Till date no fresh vakalatnama has been filed and no substitution petition for deceased appellant no.3 has also been filed.

None appeared on behalf of the appellants despite repeated calls made in the case.

The appeal is very old and is of the year 1984. Thus, it appears that the appellants are not interested to prosecute this appeal in future.
