The petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2014 in a case for the offence registered under Sections 302, 201, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner's name has surfaced only on the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Raj Kumar Paswan.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2014, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Ara Muffasil
