The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

There is recovery of 144 liters of foreign liquor from the house of co-accused Shambhu Thakur.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and has got no concern with the alleged recovery. Petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got three criminal antecedent of similar nature.
