Prayer for bail made on behalf of petitioner stood rejected at an earlier occasion vide order dated 19.11.2014 under Cr. Misc. No.38203 of 2014 taking into account his period of absence. Side by side, an opportunity was provided in a way to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Charge has already been framed as is evident from order dated 06.01.2015. Consequent thereupon, petitioner Swarath Paswan @ Ramswarath Paswan @ Swarth Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned First Additional Sessions Judge, Ist, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Sessions Trial No.635 of 2014 / 56 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3386 of 2015 (2) dt.28-01-2015 2014 arising out of Chandi (Nagarnausa) P.S. Case No.253 of 2006.
