The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.245 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 32 and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.
