JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the case diary that stolen vehicle was recovered and thereafter, Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 409 of 2013 was registered for the said recovery. It is stated in the first information report of Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 409 of 2013 that the hut of one, Raman Singh was raided and petitioners and some other persons were arrested and four vehicles including the stolen vehicle of this case were recovered from there. Taking note of this fact that the alleged recovery has not been made from conscious possession of the petitioners and some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3427 of 2015 (3) dt.21-04-2015 2/2 by this court, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 249 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.
