JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The informant claims that six FIR named accused forcibly took his son and subsequently, the dead body of informant's son was recovered.
Petitioner is neither named in the first information report nor in the Protest Petition but subsequently, the informant, in his further statement, stated that the deceased had love affairs with daughter of one, Narayan Yadav, who managed the petitioner and got eliminated the deceased.
No doubt, the informant stated the above-said story in course of investigation but even if, the aforesaid story assumed to be true, then also, none has seen actual killing of the deceased.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7968 of 2016 (2) dt.19-02-2016 Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chandradeep P.S.
