Petitioner is languishing in custody since 29.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of committing dacoity in the house of the informant. The name of the petitioner surfaced during investigation on the confessional statement of co-accused. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on T.I.P. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3391 of 2015 (2) dt.27-01-2015 of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Madhepur P.S. case No. 30 of 2014.
