JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2018 The present petition has been filed for grant of promotion to the petitioners from Class-IV posts to Class-III posts in the department of Health, Government of Bihar, Patna in terms of the notification of the Health Department dated 1.12.2014. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that paragraph-7 of the counter affidavit would show that the case of the petitioners and others shall be considered for promotion after roster clearance is received from the concerned District Magistrate.
In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned District Magistrate to
Patna High Court CWJC No.3536 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2018 2/2 grant roster clearance within a period of four weeks from today and thereafter the respondent no.4 shall consider the case of promotion of the petitioners herein and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
