Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No.231 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. From perusal of the allegations levelled in the first information report, it appears that on the basis of false and concocted story the FIR has been lodged. Further submits that the date of occurrence is 21.06.2019 and the complaint case is filed on 28.06.2019 then after delay the present FIR is lodged on 04.10.2019. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. Moreover, on realizing the real truth, the parties have compromised the matter. The petitioner has no criminal

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No.231 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J., 1st-cum-Special Judge, Katihar, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
