The petitioners seek bail in Hisua P.S. Case No. 253 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(B)(C)(D) of the I.T. Act, 2000.

One Abhishek Kumar @ Ajit Kumar was apprehended and he disclosed that he works as an agent in a company of identifying the face and get the reward. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not apprehended on the spot. The name of the petitioners figured in the case in the confessional statement of

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that except a mobile no other article was recovered from the possession of the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S.
