JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but the informant only expressed her suspicion against the petitioner. It is an admitted case of the informant that deceased went to the house of the petitioner and after that, dead body of the deceased was found lying in the Veranda of Nane Choudhary. The investigation of the case has already been completed but learned Additional Sessions Judge has not referred any specific material against the petitioner to show his involvement.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with
