Sri Ganpati Trivedi, learned Senior Counsel representing the Bihar State Board of Religious Trust is present. Under the circumstances, the present writ application is being disposed of with a liberty that in case the original writ petitioners are of the opinion that the matter is alive and the learned Advocate is having the papers, they can move an appropriate application by way of writ petition with the xerox copy of the entire petition so that the main petition can be reconstructed. With the liberty aforesaid, this application stands disposed of.
