In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 198 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 272, 273, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The police on secret information that the trade of illegal wine was going on, made raid and found huge quantity of liquor kept at Jhurmut of Kara situated on the way of Sikatiya Water Tank. When the police raided, three persons started fleeing away towards chaur, thereafter, in the presence of independent witnesses, recovery has been made. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case,

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below and prays for regular bail, the court below without being prejudiced by this order will take decision in accordance with law.
