In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 377 of 2015 registered for offence under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was plying the motor cycle. The Police intercepted him and demanded to produce the paper of the vehicle, but the same has not been produced by him which led to preparing a seizure list of the same. Later on, number which was printed in the motor cycle, was found of another motor cycle.

This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. However, liberty is given to the petitioner, he may renew his prayer for bail after six months of custody. Mahesh/- (Shivaji Pandey, J) U T
