2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 127 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to family dispute. The petitioner is in jail since 15.02.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the period of custody, the application is allowed.
